Baho Food runs five Netherlands and Germany-based subsidiaries. They are Henri van de Bilt, Bakx Foods, Gelderland Frischwaren, Q Smart Life, and Vital Convenience. The market of these companies is based in 18 countries in Europe. Some staff member of Baho Food were retained to serve OSI, and one of them is John Balvers, who acted as the MD of the firm.
